Shipping policy

We offer free personal delivery every Monday and Saturday, depending on your location and delivery zone.

We currently serve pet owners across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, including:

Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Anmore, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Coquitlam, Cultus Lake, Delta, Ladner, Langley, Lions Bay, Maple Ridge, Mission, New Westminster, North Delta, North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Rosedale, Surrey, Tsawwassen, Vancouver, West Vancouver, and White Rock.

If you're placing your first order, we’ll do our best to deliver as soon as possible.

For regular orders, once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email the day before delivery (Friday or Sunday) with your estimated 2-hour delivery window.

Because our recipes are made in small batches to ensure freshness, we recommend placing your order at least two days before your preferred delivery day.
