Why the name Dee Dee?
The name Dee Dee’s Raw began with a simple, meaningful moment.
Years ago, a little girl named Faith couldn’t quite pronounce “Darren,” so she called me “Dee Dee.” The nickname stuck. It felt natural, genuine, and full of warmth — and it captured the kind of personal touch I wanted this business to carry.
That same spirit is at the heart of everything we do.
Dee Dee’s Raw stands for love, trust, and keeping things real — values that guide every ingredient, every batch, and every delivery.
Called to Build Something Honest
After several years helping run a dog shelter and managing a raw pet food company, I felt called — through faith — to build something of my own.
